Processing Time: Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take an additional day or two.

International : 7 to 14 business days (shipping times may vary based on customs procedures)

U.S. orders: 5 to 10 business days

Once your package leaves our studio and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot take responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged items during transit.

If your package experiences issues, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right as your experience matters deeply to us.

Processing & Clearance

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, we can issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs once the item is received back in good condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your candles as much as we loved creating it.

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened candles in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: We’re unable to accept returns on candles that have been lit, used, or personalized (including custom gift notes).
Process:

Email our support team at moamcandlehouse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs/video. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return necessary.
