Because Mōam Candle House is a small-batch, handmade candle shop, we’re not able to accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final, unless damaged.

We’ve got you covered 💛 If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo/video at moamcandlehouse@gmail.com, and we’ll happily send a replacement or offer store credit.

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as we start preparing your candle right away.

We always want you to love your Mōam Candle House experience. While we can’t accept returns, please reach out & we’ll do our best to make things right.

To ensure the best experience and longevity of your candle:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn.

• Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Keep candles away from drafts, pets, and children.

• Stop using when ½ inch of wax remains.

• We include care instructions with every order so you can enjoy your candle safely and beautifully. Please refer to 'Candle Care' page for detailed instructions.

• We believe in slow production, clean ingredients, and thoughtful design.

• Our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable, our fragrances are phthalate-free, and every batch is crafted with minimal waste.

• Your support helps us continue creating sustainable, intentional pieces, from our hearts to your home.
